Can you hold a place before I apply?
We continue advertising all properties until a lease is signed. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Every adult (18 years or older) needs to apply and be on the lease. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is fully refundable upon move out if there is not damage, or outstanding invoices. -

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Please contact us directly and we can get owner approval and discuss the pet deposit. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You are required to give a 90-day written notice before the end of the lease. -
