Can you hold a place before I apply?

We continue advertising all properties until a lease is signed.
How old do you have to be to apply?

Every adult (18 years or older) needs to apply and be on the lease.
Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is fully refundable upon move out if there is not damage, or outstanding invoices.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Please contact us directly and we can get owner approval and discuss the pet deposit.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

Please contact us directly to have yourself removed from the lease.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

You are required to give a 90-day written notice before the end of the lease.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
