Eric has been at the helm of Bear Paw since acquiring the business with René in 1997. A dedicated community leader in Evergreen, he actively serves in both the Evergreen Rotary and Chamber of Commerce. His commitment to the community was recently recognized with the Leadership Evergreen Leader of the Year award. Eric's passion lies in fostering Evergreen's growth while delivering outstanding service to property owners and tenants alike. He shares his life with his wife Tera and their two children. When not working he loves skiing, traveling and enjoying outdoor activities.

A Colorado native, Kate's roots trace back to the farming and ranching community east of Pueblo. Her love for rural living continues in Evergreen, where she embraces the mountain lifestyle, maintains her passion for cowboy culture, and indulges her enthusiasm for boots. After a long career in the corporate world, Kate has found her ideal professional home at Bear Paw, where she cherishes working alongside what she considers the finest team and leadership in the business.

Though Texas-born and raised, Darlene spent nearly three decades in Tennessee before making Evergreen her home in 2015. A proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to three cherished grandchildren, she brings a diverse professional background to Bear Paw, including her experience as a photographer. As a valued member of the Bear Paw team, Darlene is known for her infectious laughter and strong work ethic, bringing both joy and efficiency to the office.

Having joined Bear Paw as its newest team member, Tera brings over 18 years of advertising and marketing expertise to the company. An adventurous spirit, she delights in exploring new experiences, traveling, and savoring exceptional cuisine. She shares her life with her husband Eric and their two children, Tate and Dixon, cherishing their time together.
